  Location, view, terrace, pool, and spa were OK. Prestige beachfront room, 1970s-era amenities. Four floor-level outlets, all occupied! A 20cm teapot cord! Tea on your knees… to take a shower, you have to step over a very high bathtub (I'm 78 years old). First night was hell; the air conditioning made a terrible noise for 30 seconds every hour… (repaired the next day). Second night, the refrigerator took over, a loud "brrr" every minute! Restaurant!!! Catastrophic service and food. Even on the second evening, a plate of "special #3" oysters was barely bigger than an oyster fork (deducted from the bill), but dinner was ruined. And to top it all off, €29 for parking with no awning… 30 minutes to clean my car, covered in bird droppings, before leaving. 5-star price, 3-star hotel at most… avoid it.

  We booked a couples massage and spa package for our anniversary. We loved the space, the hammam, sauna, and the private jet pool. The staff were friendly, kind, and attentive. We truly enjoyed this special experience. Thank you.

  Very disappointed because we were turned away from the restaurant, supposedly because reservations are required, and there were hardly any people there at 8:45 pm. I think it was a case of discrimination based on appearance; not good enough, which is a shame if clothes make the man and you have the means...
