Sophie at the helm 🤭... Wow, this combination of sun, ocean, and amazing dishes is a real success 🥰 "Sophie knows everything," her partner in charge quipped mischievously 😄. It's true, Sophie will be going to the beach later: right now, she's running the place with precision and never seems to be caught off guard. Nothing escapes her notice: managing reservations, overseeing service, attending to customers, and providing quick and efficient assistance to the waitstaff... er, beach staff 😄. A beautiful gourmet beach, a real find for us, in the oyster farming area of Praud. We had a wonderful meal in a very relaxed atmosphere. Despite the crowds, everything ran perfectly. The organization was flawless, and the staff were dynamic, attentive, and very friendly. Nothing shows if something goes wrong (you'll never know)... the professionalism is evident: you don't really see what goes on behind the scenes, and there must certainly be the same organization, efficiency, enthusiasm, and dedication to excellence in the kitchen. And yes, the dishes are excellent: for us, the local oysters and other shellfish and crustaceans... and the hot, gratinéed oysters... 😋😋 ... Order and enjoy with complete confidence. Thank you, Sophie, for your enthusiasm, your smiles, your flushed cheeks as the service ramped up... a truly commendable commitment. Thanks also to Yann (who, seemingly effortlessly, discreetly manages everything 😉 and knows a lot, of course 😊). Well done to all the staff, so motivated and pleasant. They're definitely in the right place, and they've made it the place to discover in La Flotte en Ré. We'll be back... with Sophie, our daughter, who was thrilled by yesterday's lovely visit 👍🙏🏻. Those "Sophies" are amazing, we knew it 😉😄.
