  Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing in response to a reservation made today for a mobile home, paid for via the holiday voucher app. I just had a phone conversation with your colleague, who adopted a particularly grumpy and aggressive tone, punctuating her replies with sighs and remarks, clearly demonstrating her annoyance. During this exchange, I made the payment before receiving the quote. When I asked for proof of payment with the detailed rental agreement, my contact became irritated and was eager to hang up. She said, "Okay, you got it," referring to the email. I was not receiving the email. She was getting agitated, sighing, and grumbling. She repeated several times, "Okay, okay, you got it..." During the conversation, it finally became apparent that this person had made a mistake with my email address. I must admit that if I hadn't already made the payment, I wouldn't have confirmed this reservation given how our phone conversation unfolded. Sincerely

  Disappointing campsite My father is a craftsman and comes to work in the area, but there's no consideration for these tradespeople who keep campsites afloat during the off-season. He was forced to park his van outside because they're not allowed on the campsite. The pathways aren't even lit at night, which is extremely inconvenient. Inside, everything was very basic, really poorly done; the hob didn't even work. He stayed for three months but won't be back, which is a real shame.

  The campsite is very well located, but the mobile homes are very close together. We opted for a sea view, which was lovely. However, be aware that it's situated directly opposite the beach bar and playground, so it might not be very peaceful during peak season. Parking can be a bit difficult, and sometimes the spaces aren't right next to your mobile home. The receptionist was very pleasant, and the mobile home area was fine, but cleanliness was questionable: cobwebs, dust, and the patio table and chairs need cleaning upon arrival! We didn't come here to live, so we'll accept it! Maybe we'll come back! Best regards,
