I celebrated my 9-year-old son's birthday at Family Fun Park. Everything was expertly organized by Sarah. Everything was perfect, and the children were thrilled. Thank you to the Family Fun Park team for their kindness and professionalism.

Very unfriendly… there were two adults and one child. Only the child wanted to use the trampoline, but we were forced to pay full price because we had to accompany the 5-year-old, which I can understand, but paying full price just to be forced to stand on the sidelines simply to help and accompany the child is overpriced. Especially since the other adult was left alone at a table waiting an hour to avoid paying an extra €11. In total: we paid €21 for one hour on the trampoline, plus the full price of the Kids Park, plus the cost of drinks and snacks, of course… luckily I already had my socks on, otherwise it would have been another €5! The staff's first response was: "No one is forcing you to come here…" It's a joke to be so unfriendly and to treat people so condescendingly! Knowing that we are regular customers at the bowling alley, and that we celebrate every birthday here… I'm really disappointed to be treated so poorly and with so little consideration; we're just cash cows to them.
