    • I am a salt producer in Sauzelle, the salt village on the island of Oléron.

      My saltworks were rehabilitated around fifteen years ago, according to the ancestral architecture of the Oléron salt marsh .

      As I am committed to maintaining the positive impact of my activity on the surrounding natural areas, I manually produce my raw salts in a completely artisanal way.

      Find your salt maker in its wooden chalet located in Chaucre. You will find the coarse salt, the fleur de sel and the flavored salts that I concoct for you from April to the end of October.
