A huge thank you to Laëtitia for her wonderful welcome throughout our entire stay! Always smiling, available, kind, and incredibly versatile, she handled every request with professionalism and good humor, despite being the only one at reception 🤔. She is truly the heart of the village, the only person to turn to if you need anything or simply want to communicate. Her sense of service, responsiveness, and kindness are exemplary. 💯👍 If Laëtitia hadn't been there, the village would have felt almost ghostly 👻, especially during this off-season period when some information hadn't been provided by the managers: the swimming pool 🏊 and the outdoor café 🍹 were closed, which we only discovered upon arrival. Fortunately, thanks to Laëtitia, we felt a warm and welcoming presence, which more than made up for this lack of activity. You can tell she loves her job and does everything she can to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. There was one small issue, though: the bed linen 🛏️ was stained on both beds when we arrived. Fortunately, Laëtitia took immediate action and everything was replaced without delay thanks to her quick response. A huge thank you again to her for her kindness, dedication, and the quality of her welcome, which perfectly reflects the spirit of the place. I realize that the welcome is just as important as the location of our vacation.
