Behind the Terrasse de la Moulinatte is the Brin family. Oyster farmers on the Île de Ré for four generations, they raise, harvest, and refine their oysters in the oyster beds facing the terrace. For them, opening this tasting experience is the natural culmination of a know-how passed down from father to son: serving their products directly to tables, just a few meters from the water where they grew up. A short supply chain in its truest form.
