Le Tout du Cru, located on the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré (in the courtyard of the old cinema), offers a wide selection of special oysters (Gillardeau, Papin, David Hervé...) as well as generous and tasty seafood platters.
The chef's daily specials, written on a chalkboard, change according to the seasons and the day's catch : tuna and salmon tartare duo, mackerel marinated in white wine, fish soup, and more, sure to please everyone at the table. For those who don't enjoy seafood, the menu also offers a fine selection of regional cheeses and charcuterie.
As for wines, you'll find local vintages, of course, but especially a wide selection of white Burgundies (Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Chablis, Saint-Aubin, Saint-Romain, etc.). Red wine lovers are not forgotten either, as the great Bordeaux wines are well represented.
Reservations are recommended during peak season. During the summer and school holidays, service is continuous from 11am to 10:30pm to satisfy daytime cravings!
The rest of the year, Le Tout du Cru welcomes you every day (except Tuesdays), from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and from 7 pm to 10 pm.
