Le Tout du Cru, located on the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré (in the courtyard of the old cinema), offers you a wide choice of special oysters (Gillardeau, Papin, David Hervé, etc.) as well as generous and tasty seafood platters.
On the slate, the chef's suggestions change according to the seasons and arrivals : tuna/salmon tartare duo, mackerel marinated in white wine, fish soup, etc. to delight the whole table. For those who are not fans of seafood, the menu also offers a fine selection of regional cheeses and charcuterie.
As for wines , you will of course find local vintages, but above all a wide choice of white Burgundies (Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Chablis, Saint-Aubin, Saint-Romain...). Red wine lovers are not left out, because the great Bordeaux vintages are widely represented there.
Reservations are recommended in high season. During summer and school holidays, the service is continuous from 11am to 10:30pm to satisfy daytime cravings!
The rest of the year, Le Tout du Cru welcomes you every day (except Tuesdays), from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
