Did you give someone a gift certificate and for various reasons want to cancel it and keep it for yourself? The Gros Joncs spa is the place for you. Be aware that they cancel gift certificates without consent (and even without warning, except for a voicemail at 10:50 am for an 11:00 am appointment), at the request of the purchasers. Is this legal? Not really. Is it necessary to launch a legal battle to recover €160? No time, and I prefer to leave it to the unfortunate person who gave it to us back then (having lost their social and financial security, this person is ready to do anything to get a few euros back). After contacting consumer associations, legal protection services, and competing organizations, it turns out that this is not legal on the part of the establishment. That's why I strongly advise against this establishment, both for its lack of respect and, obviously, for its complete disregard for the customer (if the manager thinks she's being treated with respect by the gift certificate purchaser, it's even more appalling). My husband and I booked a duo massage. The services were excellent. We had a great time; the practitioners were discreet and very professional. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and zen experience.
