  Customer Review – Visit on May 29 We are regular customers of this store, which we have always enjoyed. On Wednesday, May 29, we visited with a friend, who chose several different soaps. At the checkout, the saleswoman put all the soaps together in the same bag. My friend then asked how she would be able to tell which ones she had only bought. The response was surprising, to say the least: "Just smell them." She also added, "You should have let me know if you wanted them separated." The tone was curt and the attitude very unpleasant, which deeply spoiled the experience. She concluded by saying, "I'm against putting bags everywhere." We understand environmental concerns, but there are ways to express them. It's important to be pedagogical and respectful toward customers. This kind of welcome is not acceptable, especially in a shop where advice and attention to customers normally make all the difference.
