- Ostréica is an oyster hut located by the sea, where its owners have been passionately raising and producing oysters for five generations. Present in all corners of the Île de Ré, they cultivate a unique expertise, combining tradition and respect for the environment.
  
  Wanting to share their passion, they created the event brand Dealer d'iode. This brand offers immersive experiences that allow visitors to discover their oyster beds and learn more about oyster farming. Two options are available: a tractor ride or a boat trip. To extend this experience, they have also created mobile oyster bars designed to liven up private or corporate events, offering authentic and convivial tastings.

A fantastic time today visiting the oyster beds with Marius! A tractor ride down to the oyster beds, very interesting explanations, and a great tasting in a very friendly atmosphere!!

Sébastien is a passionate and engaging man! He knows how to welcome his visitors with warmth, humor, and professionalism. Dealing in iodine is truly a worthwhile endeavor! Whether with friends, family, young or old… I wish you continued success in your family business; stay strong because it pays off! And then there are the oysters 🦪! I'm used to Marennes oysters, but I've changed my tune! They're excellent 🤩

Today we went to discover Dealer d'Iode, with Sébastien, our host! I wanted to give my expert opinion as the official pink vest wearer 😅.... Sébastien is a professional who is very attentive to his clients' requests. He shared the life of oysters and their little stories with us in a humorous and straightforward manner. It was a fun experience to do as a group. Thank you for this experience; we recommend Dealer d'Iode. Perhaps one day there will be a partnership with Dit leur Rillettes! An idea to consider...
