      Welcome to Restaurant l'IØDE, a bistronomic restaurant which will introduce you to fish specialties (but not only that!).

      It is in Saintes that chef Benjamin Girard decides to open his first restaurant where he offers generous, gourmet cuisine with fresh, local and seasonal products. A cuisine mainly oriented towards seafood which reflects his background and experience.

    I highly recommend this restaurant. We went for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by every dish, discovering new flavors along the way. The setting is also very attractive, and the restaurant caters to those with gluten intolerance.

    For a second visit, it was once again a great pleasure to spend an excellent time. The chef took us on a journey through wonderful flavors and exceptional dishes, with impeccable, highly professional service and a presentation that was simply breathtaking. Keep making us dream!
