      Welcome to Restaurant l'IØDE, a bistronomic restaurant which will introduce you to fish specialties (but not only that!).

      It is in Saintes that chef Benjamin Girard decides to open his first restaurant where he offers generous, gourmet cuisine with fresh, local and seasonal products. A cuisine mainly oriented towards seafood which reflects his background and experience.

    We come quite often and have never been disappointed. The menu changes regularly and it's a delight from appetizer to dessert. Furthermore, the service is welcoming and friendly. For us, it's the best place in Saintes.
