Master chocolate maker but also confectioner of angelica from the Marais Poitevin, we offer more than 60 different chocolate candies, "Great Origins" tablets, our homemade 49% hazelnut spread, a chocolate pastry corner, regional products high quality with our caramels with Echiré butter and fleur de sel from Ile De Ré and many other references in terms of delicacies and taste development.

Do not hesitate to come and stroll through our beautiful shop in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the covered market, classified as a historic monument, where you can also enjoy our ephemeral terrace (from May 1 to September 30) accompanied by an artisanal ice cream, a regional and local organic drink or a slice of Charentaise pancake filled with candied angelica purée which is a very popular gourmet treat.
