The MICHEL HUVELIN chocolate factory is a Niort institution (79000 NIORT) which set up shop in La Rochelle in 2009 to allow new customers to discover its products.

Master artisan chocolatier but also confectioner of angelica from the Marais Poitevin, we offer you more than 60 different chocolate candies, “Grandes Origines” bars, our homemade 49% hazelnut spread, a chocolate corner for baking, high quality regional products with our caramels with Echiré butter and fleur de sel from the Ile de Ré and many other references in terms of delicacies and taste development.

Our friendly and dynamic team of professionals welcomes you and offers you tailor-made support based on your needs and expectations.

Don't hesitate to come and stroll through our beautiful boutique in the heart of town, a stone's throw from the covered market, a listed historic monument, where you can also enjoy our temporary terrace (from May 1st to September 30th) accompanied by an artisanal ice cream, a regional and local organic drink, or a slice of Charentaise galette filled with candied angelica purée, a very popular gourmet treat.
