      Biscuits with authentic and varied flavors

      The Biscuiterie de Ré offers a wide range of biscuits that appeal with their diversity and varied flavors. Among their specialties are:

      • The must-try shortbread with fleur de sel from Ile de Ré, with seaweed, caramel chips, and chocolate chips.
      • The lemon galette (shaped like an oyster) with lemon essential oils, the Petite Rétaise stamped RE.
      • La Brioche Rétaise : the best on the island, boast our customers.

      But also cakes, madeleines, etc…. and almond or pistachio macarons, Congolese are gluten-free products.
