Since 1948, Laiterie Gilbert has been offering quality products in the Grenoble region to both professional and private customers.

After more than 12 months of studying the project, and after more than 30 years of experience in the transformation of dairy products for myself and accounting for my wife, we decided to settle down in Rochefort and create, as a couple, our own business, under concession of the Laiterie Gilbert: cheeses coming directly from the producers, dairy products prepared by them, Italian and Savoyard charcuterie, quality delicatessen, wines from harvesters selected by Bruno, oenologist and partner of the Laiterie Gilbert...
