The Gaec Brochet Puaud, which produces farm dairy products "La Vache Charentais" is located in Breuil-la-Réortes between Surgères, Saint-Jean-d'Angély and Rochefort.

We offer you a whole range of matured cheeses:

• Tomme Charentaise Soft cheese aged for 3 months
• Saint Breuil Pressed paste aged for 5 months
• Le Trou Charentais pressed cheese cooked for 5 to 6 months of maturation
• Aunisen pressed cheese aged for 9 months
• The Petit Reortais (between Mottin Charentais and Camembert)
• The Blue

Discover our products at the heart of the farm every Wednesday and Friday evening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday morning from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or at the markets: Châtelaillon on Tuesday and Friday, Saint-Jean-d'Angély on Wednesday (from October to April) or Port des Salines (from April to September), Thursday in Port Neuf (La Rochelle) and Saturday in Rochefort.

We are present at the markets of La Rochelle and Port Neuf. You can also find us at the Yci ferme producers' store in Saint Jean d'Angely and at the Ferme de producteurs réunis in La Rochelle.
