Olive Island Artisanal olive oil produced in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré

Olive Island : As a farmer and olive grower on the Île de Ré, my passion for olive trees led me to create Olive Island. Building on this, I developed the concept of OILS OF THE WORLD to showcase rare and exceptional terroirs in the most beautiful regions.

WORLD OILS is all about discovering unique oils that reflect the character and diverse aromas of each region. Domaine De L'Île Aux Oliviers in Sainte-Marie-De-Ré is the first organic olive oil estate on the Atlantic coast.

Domaine la Niña : Nestled in the heart of the Catalan Mountains, Domaine La Niña is an olive grove composed of centuries-old trees, part of the olive grove is also organic.

Very difficult to access, the olive trees were planted in the last century, cascading down some twenty terraces. This olive grove has shaped the mountainside. The estate's unique feature is its location within the Terres d'Ebre, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Thanks to this exceptional location, the olive trees benefit from the cool, humid mountain air at night and intense sunshine during the day.

Product : The olives are picked at the turning period which gives them a fruity taste with a pleasant length on the palate and an astringent finish.

The olives are hand-picked and pressed daily directly at the mill to preserve their full aroma and the polyphenols so important for health. Our extra virgin olive oil will enhance the elegance of your dishes!

We have also developed an aperitif range through green tapenade, Provençal spread, sundried tomatoes with oregano, table olives with garlic and rosemary, pitted black and green table olives, cocktail mix table olives, green table olives stuffed with anchovy paste, green table olives stuffed with pepper paste, sardines in olive oil, sardines with tomato and sardines in olive oil and lemon.
