  Despite the negative reviews, we stayed at this establishment for one night. And we have absolutely no complaints. For the price of the room, it's frankly impeccable. Accessible underground parking. The accommodation was well-equipped and very clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Nothing to add.

  Ne fuyez pas, allez constater par vous-même ! Nous sommes arrivés avec beaucoup d'appréhension au vu des commentaires négatifs, mais nous avons été agréablement surpris. Certes, ce n'est pas neuf, mais l'appartement était relativement propre. Il y avait bien quelques toiles d'araignée au plafond, mais rien de bien méchant. Le linge de lit et les serviettes étaient propres. L'environnement est calme, la piscine est agréable et le personnel est accueillant, discret et disponible. C'est un endroit idéal pour une famille qui recherche le calme et la tranquillité. Nous sommes prêts à revenir sans hésiter. Notre séjour a été court, mais très agréable. Un hébergement qui correspond bien aux attentes pour ce type de budget. Merci !

  Mixed feelings. The residence's location is ideal for visiting La Rochelle and the surrounding area, allowing us to fully enjoy our vacation. However, several aspects could be improved. Upon arrival, we found a dirty duvet, cobwebs, and we discovered cockroaches in the accommodation. The cleanliness was therefore not up to our expectations. The outdoor terrace also needs a thorough cleaning, as do the curtains. We would also have appreciated a basin being provided for handwashing clothes, which would be convenient for guests staying for several days. The Wi-Fi is a complete disaster: very slow and often unusable. Finally, the swimming pool closes at 7 p.m. In the height of summer, we believe a 9 p.m. closing time would be more appropriate, as it's still light out and guests could enjoy it more. In summary, the stay remains pleasant thanks to its location, but a real effort on cleanliness, maintenance of accommodations and quality of Wi-Fi would significantly improve the experience.
