This is the personal home of the painter Lise Humeau and her husband Bertrand Patoureau, restored in 2016 with an area of ^130m2. This duplex apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

The marine world has inspired the place both in the architectural design and in the choice of works that adorn the place: paintings, sculptures, scale-like ceramics, frescoes and stained glass windows representing marine fauna and oceanic undulation, arched bedroom doors and a ceiling in the shape of an inverted boat hull, an exit onto a terrace like the deck of a ship.

This place was conceived not as a museum, but as a living space that welcomes all forms of art freely and without elitism.

It is during the warmer months that this apartment can open its doors to guests who are also lovers of the arts.

An open-plan living space with a lounge, dining room with a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island and a large terrace overlooking the landscaped garden.

On the ^2nd level:

2 bedrooms adjoining a bathroom with shower and a laundry area and the master suite with a dressing room and a bathroom with bath and shower.
