Located a stone's throw from the Saujon thermal spa, the Philae Thermal Spa, and downtown Saujon, our La Source and Les Thermes residences welcome you year-round to a vast, wooded estate of 50 hectares. A total of 78 accommodations, spread across several buildings, are designed as studios or apartments for 1 to 4 people, 32 of which are equipped for people with reduced mobility.

Our 2 residences have been built in the thermal domain of Saujon in order to offer you "3 week thermal cure packages with accommodation", wellness stays at the Philae Thermal Spa, as well as stays to spend your holidays in Saujon in Charente-Maritime, 10 km from Royan and its beaches.

The accommodations at the Saujon thermal baths are fully equipped and all feature a kitchen, a large bay window opening onto a terrace/balcony, offering a warm atmosphere and quality services.

The Vital'cafet dining area, in the form of a "Self" and located in the residences, is available from Monday to Friday from 11:45 am to 5 pm to enhance your stay.
