  I'm here now and I'm very disappointed. We're told to relax, but there can be up to a 45-minute wait for the bath, like this morning. It's hard to relax under those conditions; I was in tears because it was so frustrating to wait like that without any information! That said, it's always the same person who imposes these delays, and she doesn't even warn anyone. So instead of going upstairs to relax while waiting your turn, you're sitting on a plastic chair or a bench, while with others, the wait is less than fifteen minutes. If you haven't brought an insulated water bottle, you won't get a drop of water during your treatments, because there isn't even a water fountain inside the spa. The only fountain is in an annex building, so you have to fill it up beforehand if you have a thermos. The staff is very friendly, no complaints there. The treatments are adequate, although very short (23 minutes, and 33 minutes every other day when you have a massage), but the organization leaves much to be desired. This is my first spa treatment and it will be my last, because I'm more stressed here, with all the waiting time, than at home where I manage my schedule as I please. Even though I work, I don't have nearly as much stress. I'm at the end of my second week; the third is going to be long! I can't wait to get home. After talking to a few people, I wonder what they're doing here, because when I say I get up twice a night and that I can't sleep after 5:00 a.m., people seem surprised: "It must be hard not to sleep, you must be exhausted..." Yet, this is supposed to be a treatment to help you get back to sleep, if I'm not mistaken? Some people sleep 12 hours a day, others take naps, but I do neither... And frankly, I prefer to be at home, especially since I have a whirlpool bath. So, as of now, I see no benefit whatsoever, and even some drawbacks, to this spa treatment: the frustration of waiting, the cost, the 500 km distance from my home, the fact that I'm not at home... All of this combined generates more stress than benefits. Even my husband, to whom I explain the arrangements, doesn't understand and tells me it's pointless! Between accommodation and transportation, it's effectively €1500 down the drain... It's disheartening, especially since I had such high hopes for this trip!
