Located a stone's throw from the Saujon thermal spa , the Philae Thermal Spa area and Saujon town centre, our La Source and Les Thermes residences welcome you all year round in a vast wooded 50-hectare estate. A total of 78 accommodations on site, spread across several buildings, are designed in the form of studios or apartments for 1 to 4 people, 32 of which are equipped for people with reduced mobility.

Our 2 residences were built in the Saujon thermal spa area to offer you “3-week thermal spa treatment with accommodation” packages, wellness stays at the Philae Thermal Spa, as well as stays to spend your holidays in Saujon in Charente-Maritime , 10 km from Royan and its beaches.

The accommodations at the Saujon thermal baths are fully equipped and all have a kitchen, a large bay window which opens onto a terrace/balcony and offer you a warm atmosphere and quality services.

The Vital'cafet dining area, in the form of a "self-service" restaurant located in the residences, is available from Monday to Friday from 11:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. to enhance your stay.
