The Hotel de France, in the heart of Rochefort, close to the Tourist Office and the famous Place Colbert, welcomes you all year round with its 25 carefully decorated rooms. Free parking right in front of the establishment will allow you to park very easily.
Located in the heart of Charente-Maritime, Rochefort boasts remarkable sites and monuments that are a must-see, such as the Hermione frigate, the Royal Rope Factory, and the Naval Museum, which offer a fabulous journey into the past. Rochefort is also the ideal place to visit the department's many attractions : the island of Oléron, the island of Ré, the island of Aix, and La Rochelle!
Our hotel was built in the 17th century, and has always had this status, a famous French writer even stayed there... Listed as a Building of France, this remarkable building has welcomed its visitors through the centuries, combining comfort and a family atmosphere.
