    • A young couple of enthusiasts took over the restaurant La Salicorne in April 2025. After meeting in Ars-en-Ré, and a first business near Nantes, they settled in La-Couarde-sur-Mer and now intend to delight your taste buds.

      Traditional yet unconventional cuisine on the plate, a warm welcome, and above all, fresh, homemade food. The watchwords are conviviality, sharing, and lots of love.

      It welcomes you from February to December with a new menu every month depending on the chef's mood.

    A delightful time spent with friends… The chef is amazing, with his refined and unusual dishes, always striving to surprise his customers with every course… His partner welcomes us with a big smile and is always eager to please… I wholeheartedly recommend this place on Île de Ré. Marécha
