    • A young couple of enthusiasts took over the restaurant La Salicorne in April 2025. After meeting in Ars-en-Ré, and a first business near Nantes, they settled in La-Couarde-sur-Mer and now intend to delight your taste buds.

      Traditional yet unconventional cuisine on the plate, a warm welcome, and above all, fresh, homemade food. The watchwords are conviviality, sharing, and lots of love.

      It welcomes you from February to December with a new menu every month depending on the chef's mood.

    Another excellent evening at La Salicorne... the chef delighted our taste buds with the seafood stew and a vanilla caramel mille-feuille... the welcome is always so warm with Mélody's smile and good humor... we'll be back... see you soon
