With Florian Puglia in the kitchen and Julie Vedrenne in the dining room, Roselières tries to highlight local products and producers as much as possible. Simply put, the Roselières restaurant is the image of the young couple : a technical and elegant cuisine marked by the chef's many and above all beautiful gastronomic experiences ; a dining room kept between rigor and charm according to Julie's atypical career.

Accompanied by a dream team, Julie and Florian have chosen a strong concept : a unique menu available in 3, 5 and 7 courses. Every month, a new menu showcases new seasonal products. As for the wines, the elegance of the grands crus and the great AOPs rubs shoulders with the originality of the organic and natural wines.
