  We hired Yann for a private dinner for 12 people for our wedding, and it was simply perfect! The dishes were delicious, original, and beautifully presented. Yann is both super friendly and discreet, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely use him again!

  Can we talk about talent? Yes, a thousand times, with this chef of wonderful flavors! I've had the chance to discover him at various events, and what a joy to experience each time, a dizzying array of colors, flavors, and presentations that could make the greatest chefs pale! Thank you for taking us on a journey and delighting us with such passion! Everything is perfect, the people and the food!

  We were fortunate to have Yann as our in-house chef for three days during our team seminar, and the experience was exceptional. The quality of the dishes, the variety, the originality of the flavors, and the presentation delighted everyone. Yann demonstrated great professionalism, impeccable organization, and a wonderfully friendly atmosphere, which greatly contributed to the success of our seminar. We highly recommend him! A big thank you for these three memorable days!
