  What can I say about Yann… I don't know where to begin, between his talent and his kindness. I'm very picky and definitely not a fan of fine dining, but with Yann, he can make me eat anything and enjoy it all. He's spoken at several of my seminars, and they've all been a resounding success, both for his gentle presence and his impeccable work. He's been a true asset to my seminars, which, pun intended, wouldn't have been the same without him.

  We experienced Yann's cooking at a birthday dinner at my friend's house and it was incredible. Amazing flavors and textures. We loved it.

  An exceptional experience! We hired Yann for a dinner party of seven at home, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The dishes were prepared with fresh, organic, local produce, enhanced by a refined and precise culinary style. Each plate was a true delight, as beautiful as it was delicious. The chef created a convivial atmosphere while remaining highly professional. A gourmet and heartwarming experience that we won't forget! We highly recommend this wonderful culinary experience. 👨‍🍳✨
