  Avoid at all costs! This company doesn't honor its commitments... I returned two bikes as agreed one day earlier, but no refund is possible according to the terms and conditions... I'm very disappointed by their methods. Think twice before booking. Sincerely

  The service is very convenient, with comfortable and pleasant bikes to ride. The fact that there are shops scattered all over the island is also reassuring and very useful in case of a breakdown or accident. However, a word of caution regarding bike delivery: it's not possible to choose a specific time slot, only "morning" or "afternoon." We selected a morning delivery, but the bikes didn't arrive until 11:30 am, even though we were charged for the entire day. It would therefore be better to either clearly state on the website that a "morning" delivery can take place until 11:30 am, or adjust the billing accordingly. As a result, we returned the bikes ourselves the next day, for fear they would come to collect them too early.
