  Set menu, but the menu changes every month. It was truly excellent; you can feel the owners' passion :)

  Thank you, Julie and Florian! A huge thank you to Julie and Florian for this magnificent experience at Roselière. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was perfectly executed: the combinations, the flavors, and the cooking techniques—nothing was left to chance. The cuisine, very vegetable-focused and inventive, reveals true talent. The vegetables are treated with particular care, especially the asparagus and peas, cooked to perfection, retaining all their freshness, crispness, and natural flavor. Special mention goes to the sweetbreads, simply sublime, which will remain etched in our memories. In the dining room, Julie provides attentive and passionate service, and her sommelier skills are remarkable. The wine list is carefully curated and sophisticated, featuring fine, meticulously selected estates. We had the pleasure of discovering exquisitely complex artisanal Champagnes, as well as a truly magical Aligoté. Roselière is a rare gem, run by two passionate individuals who are well worth a visit. An experience we wholeheartedly recommend!
