Located at Château-d'Oléron in the south of the island not far from the colorful huts of the port, Bernard and Sophie work at sea and on their marshes while respecting their environment. Their productions are AB certified.
You can thus discover their oysters, samphire, salt, imperial shrimp and their salicornia-based preserves (mustard, velouté, salicornia in vinegar...).
You can meet them all year round on the production site at their ROUTE d'ORS establishment at Château-d'Oléron.
At the Cabane Noire on the port of Château d'Oléron, behind the carousel, next to La Case à Ukes (Yukulélés).
