We are oyster producers. All our oysters are refined in our marshes which allows us to market Marennes-Oléron oysters. We are also breeders of Pousse en Claire (Label Rouge), the top of the range of the Marennes-Oléron brand. It is a very fleshy oyster, with a pronounced hazelnut taste, in which we find the flavors of yesteryear.
Our marshes also allow us to produce clams and imperial shrimp (prawns) while respecting biodiversity.
We offer our products for sale to take away in our cabin by the water all year round. You will also have the opportunity to taste our plates of oysters, clams, mussels and prawns cooked on the plancha from April to November.
