      A story born from tradition

It all began in the small oyster-farming port of La Tremblade in Charente-Maritime, where Eutrope Geay and his son Georges, the family pioneers, enlivened local markets with their charismatic personalities and the exceptional quality of their oysters. It was only after the Second World War that René Geay, from the third generation, expanded beyond the region and developed the reputation of Geay Oysters by personally delivering to fishmongers throughout France. The legacy of this expertise is perpetuated by Patrice Geay, who refines the techniques and develops a range of exceptional oysters, from the fine de claire to the grand cru, to solidify its national reputation.

Today, Adrien GEAY, proud of his vineyards which provide him with his grand cru wines, is deploying his energy to introduce them around the world.
