  We stayed in a magnificent seaside villa with a pool and spa. This place is ideal for stays with family, friends, and even for a wedding or business seminar. Each bedroom has its own shower and separate toilet, which is very useful for group living. The whole place is very functional while being beautifully decorated. The indoor, heated pool can be uncovered when the local weather permits. The pool house is truly a very welcoming and well-equipped space (bar, darts, and barbecue). The spa adds the finishing touch to this exceptional villa! There's something for everyone; it's truly fantastic and well-designed. Marjorie's welcome and availability really added to this unforgettable stay. Her recommendations allowed us to have an incredible time. There's so much to see and do in the La Rochelle region. Angoulins is the perfect place to explore. Not having had time to explore everything, we will return to one of the Villas de Charme in Angoulins or to the Villa de l'Olivier in Aytré, which is simply magnificent and has its own swim spa that makes us want to try it! THANK YOU to Marjorie for showing us around this villa during our stay. We therefore wholeheartedly recommend Villas de Charme 17 and thank Marjorie once again for the exceptional welcome she gave us. See you soon!

  Had a fantastic stay with my family at Marjorie's place! Marjorie was super friendly and helpful and the place was really nice to discover La Rochelle' area while being in a very peaceful village. Bonus, we quickly got the routine to finish the day in the jacuzzi... We will remember this week for ever I think ☺️

  We spent an excellent week in Villa 1893. Both adults and children were able to enjoy the swimming pool and jacuzzi despite the mixed weather. The villa is ideally located: close to small shops, the train station, rental bikes, the seaside. Also close to a shopping area. The villa is equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant time. There are enough showers so that everyone can get ready at the same time. The kitchen is equipped and there are enough dishes, the barbecue is great. the outdoor terrace is well exposed. The rooms are large enough not to step on each other, even with 15 people. Finally, Marjorie is very available and nice.
