      For 30 years, Farol has been designing and manufacturing knives in its La Rochelle workshops that have a soul, that of the sea.
      Each knife is crafted with meticulous attention to detail to make it an exceptional object.
      Farol has been awarded the " Living Heritage Company " label for its remarkable expertise since 2013.

      Each stage of production is carried out with passion and exacting standards in the workshop: the woodwork for the handle, the steel for the blade, and the leatherwork for the sheaths.
      The shop is located on the old port of La Rochelle, next to the CGR cinema, near the Grosse Horloge (Great Clock). The workshop and the second shop are located in the La Pallice district.
