This former 18th century tavern is located at the foot of the Tour de la Chaîne . Protected by the towers and facing the permanent spectacle of the Old Port, the restaurant Les Flots is an unmissable place in La Rochelle, with a rich history that began in 1945.
Even if this establishment has always been part of the Rochelais landscape, from the bistro bar that it was, only a vague memory remains... On December 17, 1997, Grégory Coutanceau took over the management of the place, it was his first case, he is only 22 years old and full of dreams, it is the beginning of the great story of the Flots.
