  Thank you, the place is charming. A wonderful time! Facing a small beach, in a beautiful spot perfect for lovely family walks. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, the food is delicious thanks to a passionate chef, and the rooms are comfortable. French charm, just the way I love it!

  A very disappointing evening at a place that had everything going for it… The chef was overwhelmed even though there were only seven people in the dining room. The beef was served cold and overcooked after an hour's wait. The tuna tartare was devoid of tuna, just onion… The only positive point was the awkward waitress trying her best to make the meal more enjoyable. In short, a place to avoid…

  We didn't stay overnight. The dining experience was absolutely fantastic. The ingredients were very fresh, the dishes were perfectly seasoned and generous. The welcome was truly warm, thanks to a reservation, even though they were exceptionally closed at lunchtime due to the heatwave. We'll be back with other friends to introduce them to the warm hospitality of the Charente region.
