    We were very disappointed with the brunch at the Richelieu. Given the hotel's reputation and the price, we expected a high-quality experience. Unfortunately, the buffet was sparsely stocked, the food lacked freshness, and several dishes weren't replenished despite our waiting. The service was inattentive, and the whole experience gave an impression of disorganization. It's a real shame for a hotel of this caliber. We won't be returning and we don't recommend it for brunch.

    Friendly but ill trained waiter managed by what appeared to be head waiter who acted fairly abruptly and then seemed to remember he was supposed to be pleasant! Our limited French skills did not help...
