  I booked the premium electric bike on the website with great promises about the quality of the bike like a good battery, a high-end derailleur, a basket (first photo). What a disappointment it was when I picked up the bike at the store in La Palmyre (second photo). A basic electric bike, tired derailleur, no basket and zero explanation from the seller who arrived out of nowhere after 15 minutes of waiting. When I returned the bike, the person at the store told me that the problem had already been reported to the head office but that they were doing nothing and didn't care. In short, A GREAT SCAM
