  I reserved the premium electric bike on the website, which was full of promises about its quality, such as a good battery, a high-end derailleur, and a basket (first photo). Imagine my disappointment when I picked up the bike at the store in La Palmyre (second photo). It was a basic electric bike with a worn-out derailleur, no basket, and absolutely no explanation from the salesperson who appeared out of nowhere after a 15-minute wait. When I returned the bike, the store employee told me the problem had already been reported to headquarters, but they weren't doing anything about it and didn't care. In short, A COMPLETE RIP-OFF
