    We rented our bikes for the second time for a ride to La Palmyre and were pleased with both the equipment and the service. In September 2024, we also enjoyed the guided tour.

    We rented four bikes from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Bike 1: three chain derailments + two battery connection issues. Bike 2: one chain derailment. Bike 3: two battery connection issues. Luckily, the fourth bike worked perfectly. I find this disappointing because we have rented bikes several times in La Palmyre and they were always in excellent condition with no problems. We received absolutely no compensation! I am very disappointed with my rental experience in Ronce.
