  My wife and I come here regularly, but last time it was freezing cold in the dining room, and it completely ruined the cozy, refined atmosphere. Despite our requests (and encouragement from other customers), we couldn't get the temperature to be comfortable. As a result, some of us had to eat our dinner wearing our coats. Aware of the architectural constraints of this beautiful establishment, it's up to the manager to find a solution. Fortunately, the kindness of the staff allowed us to have a pleasant experience. But will we return? Perhaps in the summer, but won't it be too hot then? 😉

  This isn't the first time we've dined at Les 4 Sergents, but everything has changed drastically, and we won't be going back. On Saturday evening, we booked for the 9:30 pm seating. When we arrived, we waited outside for 30 minutes in the cold and rain; there were more than ten of us waiting. Then, finally inside, we had to wait standing up for a table. It was complete chaos; the customers from the 7:30 pm seating hadn't even left their tables yet. The manager offered no apology and avoided eye contact. Finally seated, we were able to place our order at 10:30 pm. The three courses—appetizer, main course, and dessert—were served in 45 minutes. There's no longer a cloakroom; we had to keep our coats with us. To maximize space, the tables were packed tightly together. They even brought in tables from outside. The appetizer arrived lukewarm. The four sergeants now seem to prioritize profitability over customer service. And the atmosphere was extremely noisy.
