Our menu is developed by Executive Chef Carlos Foito and changes regularly with the seasons. The importance for us is the quality of our products. This is why Carlos Foito works only with seasonal products and with our local producers. On weekends, you can dine and then enjoy our festive evenings. From 10:30 p.m. until 2 a.m., Les 4 Sergents becomes the festive restaurant that makes you dance and enjoy a homemade cocktail. Every weekend, musical artists (groups, singers, DJs, musicians, etc.) are present to liven up your evening and make this moment unique and unforgettable.

• Do you want a little privacy and more conviviality? We suggest you privatize our private lounge, Le Mess. This space allows you to have a view overlooking the trees and the entire restaurant. An atypical, warm setting that has all the necessary amenities to guarantee your comfort. This lounge can accommodate up to 30 guests.
