      The Au Marais restaurant in La Tremblade was born from a life project undertaken by a couple, Thomas and Ninon. After managing a snack and burger establishment for several years, they decided to change direction by opening a place more focused on traditional brasserie cuisine. This change reflects a desire to offer a more varied menu, suitable for a wider audience.
