      Welcome to Restaurant l'IØDE, a bistronomic restaurant which will introduce you to fish specialties (but not only that!).

      It is in Saintes that chef Benjamin Girard decides to open his first restaurant where he offers generous, gourmet cuisine with fresh, local and seasonal products. A cuisine mainly oriented towards seafood which reflects his background and experience.

    Excellent dinner. The lean fish was perfect, as was the strawberry dessert. The white wine was also very good. In short, it's high-quality, refined cuisine. Good value for money. A very good restaurant.

    An excellent experience at this bistro-style restaurant! The dishes are refined, prepared with fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend to lovers of inventive and high-quality cuisine.
