      Welcome to Restaurant l'IØDE, a bistronomic restaurant which will introduce you to fish specialties (but not only that!).

      It is in Saintes that chef Benjamin Girard decides to open his first restaurant where he offers generous, gourmet cuisine with fresh, local and seasonal products. A cuisine mainly oriented towards seafood which reflects his background and experience.

    Excellent food. Set menu at 38 euros. Refined, delicious, full of flavor. And the desserts were sublime. Congratulations to the pastry chef. Thank you for this lovely moment between 12 pm and 2 pm. Very appreciated service 😉

    A warm welcome, finally some real hospitality... the amuse-bouche was excellent... the starters were refined and flavorful, perfectly executed. The main courses were exquisitely flavorful. The desserts were sublimely delicious. In short, everything was outstanding... I highly recommend it.
