Patricia and Franck welcome you to Domaine du Prieuré, Hotel*** Restaurant near Saint-Jean-d'Angély, Surgères and Rochefort, in the heart of Saintonge, 12 minutes from exit 34 of the A10/E5 motorway.

The restaurant operates on a daily menu system. There is no set menu. Franck cooks new dishes every day, according to his inspiration and the seasonal market, using fresh produce from local producers, artisans and merchants.

Depending on the season, your meal will be served either indoors or on the terrace.
He offers traditional cuisine based on family recipes, to which he adds his personal touch by combining flavors, aromas, herbs, and spices in a blend that is his own secret. Each recipe is thus reinvented with every preparation.

Breakfast

Breakfast consists exclusively of fresh regional or French products, excluding cereals.

Service is at the table. You will be offered hot drinks, fresh fruit juice, dairy products, fresh bread and pastries from the village baker, compote, cured ham and sliced cheese, raw churned butter, as well as cereals, fruit preparations from Lucien Georgelin, a selection of teas, fresh fruit, and honey from the beekeeper of Tonnay Boutonne.

Breakfast is served, either indoors or on the terrace depending on the weather, from 7:30 am to 9:30 am on weekdays and from 8:30 am to 10:00 am on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays. Flexible hours are possible upon prior request.

Our chef, Franck, will offer you a choice of additional dishes for an extra charge: scrambled eggs, fried eggs, omelet…

• 9.80 euros per person / 6.00 euros for children under 10;
• Additional dishes 4.00;
• Room service: supplement of 5.00 euros (same hours).
