Fancy a gourmet break practically by the water? Discover our new tasting terrace in the heart of the oyster port and its basins. Facing the Bay of Aiguillon, with breathtaking views of the Vendée region and the Île de Ré, enjoy an authentic and friendly setting to savor the best of our local produce.

Managed by the two young oyster farmers of EARL SAVOIR HUITRE, the tasting showcases products exclusively from Charente-Maritime and Vendée: oysters from our production, whelks, shrimp, fish rillettes, Charentais crickets, artisanal desserts, as well as a selection of wines, beers, ciders, pineaux and local drinks.

Here, there are no big brands or products from elsewhere: we work with producers from our region to help you discover authentic flavors in a simple and warm spirit.

Hours of operation :

• May, June and September : Tuesday to Sunday, from 11am to 2pm and from 6pm to 9pm.
• July and August : Tuesday to Sunday, from 11am to 2pm and from 6pm to 9pm.
• Credit cards and dogs accepted.
• Outdoor terrace only (hours may be adjusted depending on weather conditions).
