Le Gabarier welcomes you all year round to a restaurant offering refined and affordable cuisine. In the heart of Port d'Envaux, a village renowned for its beauty and gentle way of life, located at the heart of the Saintes/Rochefort/Saint Jean d'Angély axis.

Over the years, Le Gabarier has acquired an excellent reputation. At its helm is chef Sébastien Jousse, who creates recipes using fresh produce (vegetables delivered daily, fish from the fish market, etc.). His wife , Céline Jousse, manages the dining room. They are joined by a team of young, energetic, and dedicated cooks and servers.
