    • The La Rochelle residence is open all year round. It is located in the heart of the city, 200m from the port, the train station and the La Rochelle aquarium.

      It offers a heated indoor swimming pool accessible every day. The apartments are fully equipped. Basic WIFI is included.

      The service includes bed sheets, bathroom linen, a maintenance kit, end-of-stay cleaning except the kitchen area.

      Breakfast, at an additional cost, can be taken in a dedicated area located next to the swimming pool.

      The residence has parking at an additional cost and by reservation only.
      A seminar room is available upon reservation for your events.

      THE RESIDENCE WILL BE EXCEPTIONALLY CLOSED FOR WORK IN JANUARY

    Parfait pour un week-end ou quelques jours. Personnel très chaleureux, établissement très bien placé, avec piscine couverte, ce qui constitue un avantage non négligeable. Chambre agréable, même si l'absence de climatisation se fait sentir en période de forte chaleur. Présence d'un ventilateur néanmoins.

    Résidence très bien située, au calme mais à 2 pas du centre historique très animé. Les studios 3 personnes sont très bien agencés. Seule remarque : le balcon est vraiment petit. Mais en même temps, La Rochelle se prête davantage à manger au près du port plutôt que sur le balcon ! La piscine est un plus.

    Premier jour et déjà de grosses désillusions.. Le ménage semble avoir été fait rapidement ou pas fait du tout. La joie de retrouver l’urine du précédent locataire encore dans les toilettes. Et une bonne partie de vaisselles car les couverts dans un état plus que discutable. J’ai même trouvé un poil sur le gras d’un des couteaux. Je vous passe les photos.. La chambre 118 semble avoir été oubliée par l’établissement. La semaine s’annonce longue.
