  A very warm welcome and a wonderful stay at Pierre & Vacances La Rochelle. Great location and excellent parking! The studio was very well-equipped and clean. I highly recommend this residence.

  Our family stayed at this hotel for three nights. The first night, was absolutely dreadful. Upon arrival at 8:00 PM, we discovered that the promised beds were not proper beds, but sofa beds, which was not mentioned on the initial booking page. The toilet and bathroom reeked of sewage. Traces of vomit were still present on the toilet, evidence that the staff had not properly checked our room. Later, we wanted to take a shower, but the water wouldn't drain. So, all of us had to shower in dirty water. The following morning, all these problems were reported. A plumber repaired the shower, and a housekeeper came to clean before our second and third nights. On the last day, we requested compensation for the deplorable state of the room left for my family the first night. The hotel refused, claiming they had already called in a plumber to fix the problem. Although the issue was resolved for the following nights, the first night was a complete nightmare, and the hotel should have compensated us! It's unacceptable to have charged us over €450 for those three nights and provided such poor service. Absolutely avoid this hotel! You'll find plenty of other hotels in La Rochelle, at better prices and with much better service! Our family of four stayed at this hotel for three nights.   Residence near the city center. Well-equipped apartment. Very pleasant reception staff. We will return.
