    • Our company is located in the heart of the Marennes Oléron Basin. For 5 generations, breeding and ripening techniques have changed, but our priority remains the same : quality.

      From the breeding to the sale, through the ripening, we have at heart to offer you beautiful oysters.

      • Shop of regional products: soups, salts, honeys, pasta, rillettes...
      • Exhibition of photographs of the region.
      • Exhibitions of shells from our coasts as well as fossils and minerals.
      • Guided tour with video for groups (minimum 15 people) and tasting, by reservation.

      Open all year from Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday morning.
