Our oysters are cultivated in our oyster beds all around Île de Ré. We nurture them from a very young age to ensure they reach the optimal size, texture, and flavor for your enjoyment. You can find all our products in our shop at the oyster shack from Monday to Saturday. You can also visit us year-round, either at the shack to hear their story, or in our oyster beds for a short boat or tractor ride.
