    • A taste journey under the legendary arches of La Rochelle

Arco means “arch” in Spanish. An arch can also be a bridge, a point of connection that symbolizes a cultural bond and an ode to the beautiful architecture of downtown La Rochelle.

From Rue du Minage, the arches continue in perspective from the outside of the restaurant to our kitchen open to the dining room. The decoration of the restaurant is full of history, travel, culture, color and life. Values that we keep as standard when we cook. The experience is intended to be intimate, elegant and warm so that you can feel at home.

With a cuisine with multiple influences - Latin, Asian and French - the Arco restaurant is a travel diary that invites its guests to come and discover new products and new flavors . And even if the recipes come from far away, the products themselves come from here, because it is important to us to work with local and organic producers who respect the world in which we live.

The entire team at the Arco restaurant seeks to make this place an open door to taste explorations, with a bistronomic service at lunchtime and semi-gastronomic in the evening . And just like the cuisine, discovery also involves wines. This is why we offer you the opportunity to taste wines from around the world to accompany your dishes, and thus, take your taste buds on a journey through a complete taste experience.

A proper 2.5 hour French lunch. Gluten free as well. The chefs use of fresh ingredients is exceptional.

Well received - quality service - value for money well worth it. One small note: the daily menu is more in keeping with a winter menu than a summer menu.
