GAÉE Restaurant – Seafood Flavors & Panoramic View

The GAÉE restaurant, located on the hotel's first floor, offers bistronomic cuisine inspired by the sea. Discover a seasonal menu, a daily set menu during the week, and the chef's suggestions on Saturdays. On Sundays, enjoy an all-you-can-eat brunch from 12 pm to 3 pm, followed by dinner service from 7 pm to 10 pm.

Our chef showcases fresh, seasonal produce, creating dishes to be enjoyed with a view of the Towers of La Rochelle, in a modern and welcoming setting. A culinary experience not to be missed, for travelers and locals alike.

In the morning, from 6:30 to 10:00, a gourmet breakfast is served, combining local products, healthy options and homemade pastries.

Reception is available 24/7, with check-in from 3 pm and check-out until noon. Paid parking (70 spaces) is available subject to availability. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €16 per night.
