The restaurant's ambiance pays homage to marine elements : a palette of soothing blues, frescoes inspired by the Atlantic, local works of art... Everything here evokes the spirit of La Rochelle and the richness of its coastline.

Open daily from 12pm to 2pm and from 7pm to 10pm, GAÉE appeals to both locals and visitors alike. Its sun-drenched terrace offers a view of the sailboats and the city's iconic towers.

During the week, the restaurant offers a daily menu with two options:

• Starter/Main or Main/Dessert for €24
• Starter / Main Course / Dessert for €30

On the menu: a selection of seasonal dishes, signature cocktails, a carefully chosen wine list for perfect pairings, as well as a menu dedicated to children up to 12 years old at €12.

Every Sunday, an all-you-can-eat brunch ( sweet, savory, hot and cold ) is offered from 12pm to 3pm.

Every Sunday, the GAÉE restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat brunch in a bright setting with a direct view of the fishing port. Whether seated indoors or on the terrace, depending on the weather, this relaxing experience is perfect for families, groups of friends, and visitors alike.

The generous and varied buffet showcases quality products and caters to all tastes:

• Cold starters : charcuterie, aged cheeses, smoked fish, avocado toast, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, hummus and other spreads (oysters available as an extra).
• Hot dishes : meat, fish, gratin dauphinois, as well as a signature dish prepared to order – such as truffle pasta served in a parmesan wheel, depending on the season.
• Desserts : fresh pastries, crepes, waffles, brioches, granola, fresh and dried fruits, various breads, light jams.
• Drinks : organic tea, coffee, fresh juice (carrot, lemon, etc.) included. Selection of wines, cocktails and spirits available at an additional cost.

This brunch is offered at a price of €39 per person and €17 for children.
